Ellamark Building Solutions was started in 2007 by myself Sam Sines. I have served in the building industry for the past 13 years as a carpenter and joiner. During my time in the construction industry i have covered a number of areas, from new build housing and flats to commercial shop and pub fit out contracts, more recently i have worked in the residential sector carrying out extentions,refurbishment and loft conversions.

Our aim at Ellamark is to give our clients a high quality service which includes, taking into acount their aspirations and finding out what they want to achieve from the project, running the jobs efficiently in a safe environment and delivering a high quality finish within the given time scales.

We can provide a bespoke service to our clients from planning to finishing touches we have a range designs from kitchens, bathrooms and doors through to decking, timber framed cart lodges and garden offices.

All of the tradesman we use are experienced and fully committed to each individual contract, with the same motivation and desire as ourselves to deliver a high quality finish.
